It is half way through 2010 and if your goals are not quite where you had hoped they would be at this time, or if things are moving more slow for you then, WHEN is it time to do something different?
There are so many ways in which you can become more attractive to the things you want to bring into your life. It all comes down to the emotions you feel, and these are triggered by thoughts created from the words you hear, and pictures you see. Every cell of your body responds to the emotions. Your body produces chemical, and therefore physical changes with each feeling that you experience.
You have the ability to outsmart your brain and cause a change in the things, people and circumstances that show up around you. Your environment is a direct reflection of the ‘energy’/’vibrations’ that you emit. Your body responds to each thought as effectively as it responds to ‘reality’. It knows no difference between imagined and real.
There are many techniques available to support you with visualization that adds power to your life. Most of them do recommend that visualizing closest in time to the beginning and the end of your day is preferred, for best effectiveness. You can also visualize certain intended outcomes just moments before an event. This is essentially what athletes do, however I am sure that they would also set aside deliberate, alternate times to imagine the successful result for their sporting events.
I’d like to share with you what you might consider a ridiculously simple exercise in framing and instructing your subconscious mind.
